🌙 You’re In. Welcome to The Dream Lab.
Thank you for registering for The Dream Lab. I’m looking forward to exploring the language of your subconscious with you. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE WITH INSTRUCTIONS!
Session Time:
Date: Your date purchased at check out.
Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM EST
Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/dYQo8KRoTbyeAGcY6EUxmA
Each session is intentionally limited to six participants to preserve depth, focus, and meaningful interpretation time.
If the class is full, each participant will have approximately 15 minutes to share one dream and receive structured feedback from the group and guided synthesis from me. If there are fewer than six participants, there may be additional time for deeper exploration.
While The Dream Lab is primarily experiential, I will offer brief teaching and context where appropriate — especially around how symbols function, emotional tone vs storyline, and how to strengthen intuitive interpretation skills.
Optional Steps:
If you have any questions please email my team at mail to: connect@rebeccataylorshaw.com
Or text/call (843) 501-0936.
I am honored to share your dreams.
Love and light,
Rebecca
The Core Method We Use
Our primary approach is called “Borrowing the Dream.”
This method was originally taught to me by a Jungian dream analyst over 25 years ago, and it remains one of the most powerful and respectful ways to interpret dreams in a group setting.
Participants respond with:
“If this were my dream…”
This allows insight to emerge organically without projection or assumption. It creates layered interpretation and often reveals multiple dimensions of meaning at once — emotional, relational, developmental, intuitive.
The goal is not to tell you what your dream means.
The goal is to strengthen your own intuitive understanding of the language your subconscious is already speaking.
Please Bring TO EACH WORKSHOP….
✔ A journal (or your existing dream journal)
✔ A pen
✔ A quiet, uninterrupted space
✔ One dream you are willing to share
Create a “Symbol Library”
Before attending, please create a dedicated section in your journal titled:
Symbol Library
This will become your personal reference system.
As you participate in The Dream Lab, begin tracking recurring symbols across your dreams.
Over time, patterns emerge.
Your symbol library helps you notice what your subconscious consistently uses to communicate.
For example:
Water
Houses
Cars
Animals
Specific people
Certain rooms
Falling
Being chased
Flying
Keys
Doors
Best Practices for Dream Recall
Dream recall improves with intention and consistency.
Here are some simple but powerful practices:
• Keep your journal beside your bed.
• Write immediately upon waking — even before checking your phone.
• Date each entry.
• Give each dream a short title.
• Include fragments (even partial images matter.)
• Write down the feelings you experienced in the dream.
• Note your intuitive impressions (for example: “I feel like the man in the dream was my father even though he looked different.”)
• Write the estimated age of each person in the dream.
• Include the setting and time of day if known.
Emotional tone is often more important than storyline.
A Few Important Notes
This is not therapy.
This is not medical advice.
This is a structured intuitive exploration process.
Please arrive on time. Because the group is small and carefully timed, we begin promptly at 12:00 PM EST.
I look forward to seeing what your subconscious has been preparing.
Welcome to the Lab. 🌙
